FOR SALE - Set of ARE Torque Thrust II's 9.5/11 - Houston
I have a set of used 2 piece ARE Torque Thrust II's. 2 of the 9.5x17 fronts with no tires and a pair of 11x17 rears with some worn down GSD3 315's. These rears hold air fine if you don't already have some 315's for them, but my 275's fronts aren't in very good condition, so I'm removing them. I don't want to ship them, so it will be pick up only around the Houston area. I'm close to Hobby Airport. I replaced them with a new set of 19's.
They are the proper offset and the fit is excellent. They will give any car some serious attitude. The fat 315's just look awesome in my opinion. Here are a few pics.
They can stand to be shined up and is what I was thinking of doing, or else chroming, until I decided to go to with the bigger rims. Right now they are still dirty with brake dust. I'll try and clean them up. I'm asking $500 for them.
If your not familiar with running 315's in the rear, they will fit the Camaro and TA without mods if you are at stock height. Once you begin to lower the car, you will need to do mods. There are several threads on this in the Tires section.

Someone wanted to know about any curb rash. These were on my daily driver for about 4 years so they did get a bit of rash here and there. I'm able to fix it most of the time depending on how deep the scratch were. Right now all 4 are virtually free of any scratches on the lip. What I do is grind, sand, polish and buff them out. There are a few spots between the tire lip and rim where if you look real close you can see the rash, but with a tire with a rim protector built in, it will be covered up. So the lips look real nice. Right now they are just dirty and need a good cleaning which I'm not in the mood for. I do have some strong cleaner spray I can give you to get the dust off the back side. I use aggressive brake pads so the backs of the rims are black.

It looks like fastflames is the first in line (that didn't ask for a reduced price). I didn't expect such a fast response. I'm not going to be around this evening, but I'll be home tommorrow. I'll post back later to let you guys know what's going on.

I was getting a lot of PM's about the ride height and suspension setup so here is a thread with all that info as well as pics of my new 19" rims.
