My first question would be what exactly what fixed or build in the transmission. Was the rebuild a performance rebuild or a full out hard core race build? I have known everyone up at LG for a while know and they have gone out of there way several time to help me and then some. They have always been more than fair with me on stuff. You said you spent $1,000 on the rebuild. That sounds like a performance build not a full out hard core racer build. There is always a possibility something went wrong with the reinstall or something at RPM. When a shop is willing to help out and make things right, the last thing I would do is flame them on the forums.

+1 for Jason at TDP. Great guy and he knows what he is doing. Not to mention he stands behind his warranties. Satisfied customer.

This is a daily driver car, not a race car. The only video of this car on the internet is accelerating quickly in front of the house. That is the only video, and if that is the video he is quoting that is not racing at all.

redsox_ws6, why would you even call BS if you don't know what the car looks like?

When u are good friends with some one at a shop u are treated different and better...so there is your answer as to why they go out of there way to help u.

Im glad your experience was better than mine as was others. My car was left with them based on there reputation and the end result was a mess.

I will end my rant with this post.

I would be so pissed off.... that is a bunch of bs from a shop that says they dont rip people off...just like that guy that is still waiting on his check for his cam
