I don't know about everyone else, but when someone acts stupid in traffic I do look the other way. It was said earlier in this thread, you don't know who your ******* with, and you don't know what they have in their car. By giving them a response isn't gonna make the situation any better.

i look at it this way, if people make the gun law strict then the good people that should be allowed to get one will have trouble. while on the other hand criminals who buy them off the street will still get them easily

I've not only had a gun pointed at me, but I've had several shots fired at me. It was a very surreal experience. I was just a whitey in the wrong place at the wrong time. Be careful where you go in Houston. I don't think the dude was trying to actually kill me, but just scare the crap out of me. It worked.

Having a CHL, firing at them probably might not be the best idea. Best advice is always be aware of your surroundings, and always leave yourself an out. 99% of altercations can be avoided all together, a concealed weapon is only a last resort IMHO.
Honestly, you could have killed the guy. No problem, right? Even if you are criminally found innocent, you may still have to face civil charges. I've heard it costs a pretty penny in legal and attorney fees if you kill someone, no matter how "in the right" you were.
Just my honest opinion.

Don't think poppin people in self defense is all that easy. If your going to put someone down you better be able to prove 100% beyond any reasonable doubt your life was in danger, or your gonna be paying a lot of mula.

Most of the people making those comments like that haven't taken the CHL course.
