RIP Matt
I don't know how many of you know my good friend Matt. He is from Katy and I'm devastated that he passed away this Saturday 10/13/07. He was on a morning bike ride with some friends from www.motohouston.com - a bike forum exactly like this one - when things went wrong.
He is loved by hundreds and I just feel that I have to post something in his memory. He was the most authentic, genuine, joyful, respected human being I have ever met - truly. He was truly one of a kind.
Here is a link to a pic of he and I - he is on the right. http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i6...06/menmatt.jpg
This post is solely in memory of my true friend and he will forever be missed by so many.
God Bless you Matt - I love you man!!!!

Yankee was a really good guy. Like every one else I have talked to he always had a smile on his face. May he rest in piece.

Agreed, he was one of the nicest, most genuine people you could meet. He was one of the most respectful riders on the road and ALWAYS wore his gear. It is a huge loss to the car/bike community.
He is in a better place for sure though. R.I.P. Yankee!

I still cannot believe what has happend to my boy Yankee. This is so unreal to me and so hard to take. We up to that point were having a great day, we talked about his new boots and how his job search was going. He stood in my wedding and was like a brother I never had.
