I am going out on the limb here. I don't agree with shooting guns and breaking the law but I think its gay to join a forum just to show that you are the boss and you caught his ***. Bring your ego down a bit and relax let him vent about what happened and yes he should pay the fine-and he needs to realize that he was wrong and face it like a man. So I just got back from court. I got stuck with a $260 fine. My friend also went last week but he's 16 so I guess they charged him as a juvenile or whatever. He just has to pay a $60 fine, write some essay about gun safety and what he learned, and he also has to take a gun safety class.

I didn't even talk to the judge, all I did was talk to the lady up in the front. She just asked if I walked to plead guilty, nolo-contendere or not guilty. Of course I went with guilty and she told me the fine was $260 w/court fees. I wouldn't have remembered that big word anyways man lol.

yeah, I would of at least tried for the defferred... Man never plead guilty in the state of Texas... There are alot of other words that can be used that mean the same, but get you a better deal on things..

i think you got off fair man, my bro had a gun on him shooting out in burleson. where its feilds and what not. not around anyone and he got picked up for disscharging a firearm in the city and something else. anyway he spent time in jail. so i think you did alright
