well I just talked to Jordan and it was nick i was dealing with the whole time. He said that they WERE room mates but Nick moved out. I asked him if he would send the money back and he said he "would try" but would talk to me more tomorrow. Still seems a bit fishy as this is HIS bank account at the end of the day. I ll keep everyone updated. Thanks for the input everyone.

werd, if 1badv6 knows him that good, he should know where he is, family, or anything that might help catch him. either way it was his bank account that was used so it sounds fishy.
