He has had rent money and money for bills deposited into my account for over a year. So I get a deposit a couple times a month for different amount each time. I keep some for bills that are due or his half of the rent. Anyway my point is he has been using my account with out me knowing. Thanks

I will personally gain nothing from doing this. He has been a good friend for 5 years and I dont need to cause him any more problems. Hopefully he will get things worked out with everybody. If someone else wishes to press charges thats there choice. So no I am not pressing charges. Its not worth the time and I will not gain anything.

Not saying Jordan is telling the truth, but I have been in a similar situation. Roomates suck. I had a roomate many years ago(been married 11 years, so.....). But anyway I let him use my account once for a money transfer. He did it 3 more times, faked my info to withdraw the money, then left me holding the bag with the people he screwed. Then he moved and I never heard from him again. I was forced to refund over $1500 to the people he screwed, and trust me, 15 years ago $1500 was hard to come by for me. That was rent for 6 months. I guess I could have told them to get stuffed, but I did the right thing and refunded it.

So, if you did get your identity stolen or not let this be a lesson because it sounds like you are in a bad spot.

_Zac is my best friend, and I let him live with me. I have never seen the need to give him my account information He gives me all the money he has to pay in cash, on or before the first mainly depending on weather or not I remember to get it from him. He will actually bug me to give it to me if I don't ask him for it.

I have been screwed in the past, but you must be GD sure who you let live with you is the real deal. Besides Zac knows what will happen if he does not go by the rules lololol...... "Who the hell is at the door?!" Dude its Zac chill lollol.

So when someone decides to press charges, you are included. The second that the money hit your account, you became 50% liable (technically 100%.... possession is 9/10ths of the law). What I would like to know is.....How did he get the money OUT of your account? I would get worried if I were to log onto my bank account and see deposits of $250-$400 with immediate withdrawals......

This is getting fishier by the post.....

from all that I am reading, the money that has been showing up there is the money jordan is already expecting in there from nick for the rent and bills..
So what I am reading.... is that he is using the money to pay bills...

I dont know.. I am just reading this today, and that is what I get out of it.
jordan is not taking the money out and giving it to nick, that money looks like it is put there for bills...

just what I am reading guys.... I dont know...
