1Badv6 aka Jordan Hopper ripped me off for $250 Hey everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know not to deal with 1badv6. I sent him money for prostars 2 weeks ago and he has pretty much completely ignored me since. Apparently he is doing the same thing to someone else as well-

If any of you are friends with him and could possibly talk some sense into him, I'd appreciate it. It would certainly be nice to get my money back or the rims I ordered (if they even exist...). Thanks guys- and be careful, you never know who to trust anymore...

check post 17 he says the prostars are still avalible and its dated 12/31.07 only one week and one day ago. you have proof that you sent the money 2 weeks ago? cause some one need to nail there asses.
as for the yank 4000 stall i remeber that one guy bout it through nickz28 and never got it and now he trying to sell it again alot of people here are friends wit these people or at least nick and they need to turn them in to the police..

Yeah I have a receipt from Jordans bank with the account # and deposit of $250. It sucks these guys are doing this to numerous people. I have been in contact with the other guy and feel bad for him as well. Hopefully someone who knows them in Texas will get the police involved, as it is difficult for others to do so out of state. I will be in Dallas soon though...

When you ignore pm's and phone calls repeatedly, and there is another person going through the same thing- i think it is likely he is doing it on purpose. Maybe he is going through a rough time and thought it would be a good time to scam some people. I really dont know or care, but there is no excuse for ripping people off like this.

This kind of stuff does not need to be tolerated on here.
Did you purchase these from Nick on here or Jordan(1badv6)?
Either way, you should get what you paid for and I'm a firm believer in this.

I haven't created a seperate thread yet, but I am the one who purchased the yank pt4000 from Nick back on December 10th. I also have Jordan's bank account information and the paperwork showing the transfer. To make a VERY long story short. Nick answered my calls and messages fine until he got my money and after that it has been nothing but lies, excuses, and scapegoats! I was finally able to get him to reply to my messages to his myspace account. He is supposed to be refunding my money, but I'll believe that when it deposits. Jordan called me a few days ago talking real bad about Nick, how he is trying to scam me and how supposedly he hasn't seen him in like 6 days but they are roommates?? Sounds to me like Jordan is just trying to cover for Nick.. If not I would love to hear Jordan's side of the story as when he called me he really just rambled on about nonsense and gave me no facts about the situation! I asked him if he felt responsible as the money was transferred through his account since it was supposed to be his stall, but he didn't seem to think so. It's been a month since I paid Nick and to this day I have never received a tracking number, a stall, or my money back. It's not over yet though, I've had a lot of help from people on here and if need be I'll gladly go into the legal aspect of it. I paid him $400 and it's not gonna make me or break me but I work hard for my money and I damn sure am not gonna let somebody take it without answering for it!

that's correct, both parties will be held accountable. I just called Jordan to find out where Nick works. He told me it was Warrentech, but when I called them they said they didn't have anybody under that name?? Anybody have any info. If you dont feel comfortable posting it you can pm me and I'll keep everything anonymous.
