I thought all that Animal Pak was is a multi-vitamin?

This is what I want:

Protein (ON Gold Standard 100% Whey - Since I don't get enough in my diet)
Multi-Vitamin (either GNC Mega Men Sport or Universal Nutrition Animal Pak)
"Pump", strength, stamina, etc. (BSN NoExplode, MRI NO2 Platinum, Muscle Tech NaNoX9, etc.)
Creatine (I thought it was mentioned to get ethelyester? MRI CE2?)
Glutamine (Is this stuff in any of the items mentioned above?)
Animal Pak is a multi-vitamin. That looks like a great stack you have put together..pretty much what I use minus the "pump" bullshit. But hey, if you don't want the advice..It's your money. Another thing, if you are even going to bother with the NoXplode it already has creatine in it so there's no need to take more creatine on top of it. That's probably the only real ingredient in that **** and I'm still very skeptical of them. Also, if you are going to take N.O. products don't take glutamine with it..supposedly it diminishes the effect of the N.O. product. O.N. 100% whey already has 5g of glutamine per serving anyway. Anyone that advertises that their products will make me look like Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman (Muscle Tech & BSN) are obviously full of ****. I know what Jay and Ronnie take..and it ain't over the counter.

Ok...how does this list sound:

Universal Nutrition Animal Pak (multi-vitamin)
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (protein, glutamine, & BCAA)
MRI CE2 Platinum (creatine ethyl-ester)

Also, on the ON 100% Whey Protein, what's the best flavor?

Ok, so I just bought these items from GNC:

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey
Universal Nutrition Animal Pak
MRI CE2 Hi-Def

Does anyone know the difference between the MRI CE2 Hi-Def and Platinum? I couldn't decide and just went with the newest one. They're about the same price. I can always exchange it as I won't start taking it till next week.

Also, I wasn't charged tax. Is there not tax on this stuff?

How much did you pay for it all at GNC? I'm willing to bet it was nearly twice what you would have paid for it at bodybuilding.com.

It was a $122 with the sale and my buddy's Gold Member Card.

Also, how often do I take the Animal Pak? I was thinking of only taking it once and doing it in the morning to give me energy during the day.

On the whey protein, how many times do I take it? Morning and before work out? Before and after work out?

Depends on how much you need. You need to figure up how much Protein your current diet includes. You can use the Protein you just bought to supplement the difference. The Whey Protein is nice Pre/Post Workout because it is absorbed into your blood stream very quickly, faster than most food sources of Protein would be digsted. If you're trying to bulk up it's a good idea to include a scoop with breakfast.
