Yes, single story.

$1,775.00 per mo.

Keep this in mind... we are flexible. The longer the Lease you come in on, the better the deal we'll cut you.

Lemme know if you need more info.

Independence and 75 dont intersect, what is the crossstreet off of independence? Would this happen to be a lease to own option also or just strictly lease?

I know they don't intersect... I thought about that last night driving home after I posted it. I have not been there in over 6 months myself... my business partner handles our Real Estate, I run the shop so I have not thought about it in a while to be honest with you.

But it is definately going to be between Plano Pkwy and PGB Tollway off of Independance.

It is not a L/O. We do not do those deals, never did, never will. Futhermore, the laws changed in 2006 to protect the Buyer / Tenant so they are not really all that attractive or in vogue anymore. There are Investors that still offer them, but we do not.

If you are interested shoot me a p.m.

Well you could pretend it's a two story... when you come in at night, climb up the attic stairs in the garage, walk around to the hallway stairs, come down and then yer good to go!

Waaalaaaa... 2 story!

J/K mayn... all of our 2 stories are leased currently.

With the sheer number of Foreclosures up the Rental / Lease market is going to be flooded with families needing a home to live in. Definately try to get what you are looking for, but don't be too picky or you might just not find what you have in mind. Just some thoughts.

Good Luck yourself!
