Anyone else have this book? "Camaro Forty Years" by Darwin Holmstrom (Author), Ed Welburn (Foreword), David Newhardt (Photographer)
I have it on order at Barnes & Noble. Looks like a must have for any Camaro fan.

They had one at the store on Beltway 8 and Fairmont Parkway. It is a very large book and lists for $50. Unfortunately the one they had was serverly damaged so I had them order one for me.

I haven't seen a Firebird version. But Amazon does have this book available. My mother gave it to me as a Christmas present back in '83. Wow...I am old...

Speaking of, we go to Barnes & Noble out there on Fairmont a lot, too, just to check and see if they have any new Fbody books. I rarely see any, or at least any we don't have
. Are there any other book stores that would have more variety or at least the possibility to have more Fbody books, you think? I deleted that post because it didn't make any sense that I have a book like that at home that is published in 1982 yet amazong says it was published in 1990. Let me go home and take a look and see what I have. The dust jacket has been long gone and I swear that's what it looked like. Oldness...it's teh suck.

^^^ WOW. Thanks for posting in my thread! I just picked up the book today and have to say good job, very well done! A couple of small typo's in it but overall it's the best book on the Camaro I've seen yet. Some really great photos. But how come no Dick Harrell 4th Generation Camaros? That is the only thing missing really. I really do love the book.

yeah, i got it for my birthday last year. Its a good book. It's amazing when you read about how the Mustang absolutely crushed the Camaro in sales in the Ls1 years. Yet, the Camaro absolutely smoked the mustang in Braking,gas mileage,handling,power,etc. CAMARO'S RULE!!!
