Well enough time has gone by and I just can’t stand it anymore lol. Im planning on starting to build a Pro-Touring style first gen (67,68,69) hard top camaro with some LSX motor. So any pics you might have or great ideas that you like urself, throw them in this thread. Any and all help would be great!!! Thanks

Good choice, these 1st gens go UP in value each year and aren't huge money pits like 4th gens.

Hint, go to Lateral-g.net as suggested and look on the home page. There are TONS of pictures and many many first gens. That's where I go when I need motivation for my car. Good luck with the build and especially the search for a clean car to start with that is affordable.

Theres a guy I went to HS with whose dad has 68 chevelle roller that I've been thinking about making an offer for. Car has been under a car port collecting dust for 5-6 years, just needs an engine and transmission. kinda sad to see it just sitting there covered in leaves and dust, when they got it had a fresh coat of paint and new prostars.

go with a textralia (sp) or something of the like. There are a ton of people making a ton of power with ls1's so there has to be a clutch out there that will work for you.
Step one before getting to far ahead of yourself should be locating a car to start with.
