I have been in ALL of them. I have been in Houston traffic for 16 years of my life, this **** for 4, and SA and Austin multiple times because i travel alot. I HATE it here. DFW is by far the worst.

Houston is the worst I've ever seen. We were in Austin a couple of weeks ago and while the traffic on 35 near downtown is bad, it's only bad for short distance compared to what I've seen in Houston.

Ya, I was never stuck in traffic in Austin for more than 20 minutes.

Houston has been a hour and forty minutes on a 20 mile drive before

I have driven through all of the cities in rush hour traffic except San Antonio. I think that Houston is the worst, but it is hard to tell since every time I run into traffic I get pissed. I can't figure it out, there can be 4 lanes of traffic completely stopped for miles and then all of the sudden the you are doing 60 again for another couple of miles and then you stop again. If there was a wreck in the middle of the road I could understand this but for no reason you seem to start and stop. WTF!!!!!

I've only been in Houston traffic once, it was pretty rough. SA's traffic gets bad because of all the construction. All about timing. Austin gets pretty congested, been stuck plenty of times. I've been in SA my whole life, and during the past year or two it's been getting worse. I live in a suburb outside the city limits, and its growing too quick.

I know exactly what you mean...
<--fastest growing part of the SA area
410/35 or 410/10 at 5:30 FTMFL
that being said..Houston is worse, and so is DFW. SA probably has the best setup highway system but they're always ******* working on them!

The worst traffic, is the traffic you are stuck in now. Having said that, the only place worse than Houston to me was, Boston. Congrats!

yeah, I'm not far from you (Converse, 1604/35 area). I have got stuck in traffic here in SA for such stupid small accidents. Those are probably the 2nd worst. With gas prices where they are, and driving my TA daily, it does hurt. I've been cutting my driving a lot so I'll have a few extra bucks in my pocket!

houston has the worst. fm1960 is the worst road with traffic lights. 290 and i10 are the worst freeways period.

I'm gonna say League City @ 518 and 45 on Saturday mornings. I thought it was traffic, but it's actually an ******* parade.

Houston's traffic isn't bad once you figure out if you get a night-shift job inside the loop then you get traffic that's going the opposite of you both going to work and going home.

Win/win situation. And I like it!

Avoid 290 at all costs unless it's Saturday morning at around 2:30.

Are you kidding? Maybe if you lived there all your life. We went there last week and we got lost WITH a gps. Whats with the upper/lower ****? And how is it that a city that small has so many fucken freeways in it? 35, 37, 410, I-10, and i think I'm forgetting a couple. That freeway system is confusing.

SA has always been like that...well as far as the smaller cities with a lot of highways. and they're both smaller than the 4 you listed but LP1604 and 281

Just a plain looking stock black TA without the ram air hood. All I have is gears and a lid
