Im 19 and i'm looking into an SS camaro. What kind of monthly payments am i looking at since it will be financed? Mother tells me it has to be fully insured, anyway around this? I'm a defensive driver and i dont get in accidents so...i've never really needed full coverage i've always gotten liability. Let me know guys, a 97 SS costs me 211 a month, with all the discounts i can get.

Go with what your mom told you and get full coverage. Be smart and go a step further and get uninsured motorist coverage too.
deadlyz28 is right, you gotta call some places or go online to get quotes.

Stay on your parent's policy as long as you can. If their driving record is good and have been with the same insurance company for a while (& perhaps have their home with the same company) you can save some money. Just pay them back the difference for having you and your car. Multi-policy and longevity are 2 things insurance companies value with their customers.
If your car has a leinholder, you will need comp/coll coverage.

Far and beyond the best place to go if you can get it. Geico, statefarm, allstate, etc...are ridiculously overpriced. I shopped around after realizing Progressive sucked at $150 a month which was to much for not having a recent ticket or wreck. Checked all those listed above was blown away at the quotes. Then found Amica and they quoted me at $110 a month, so I signed up only to realized I had totaly over looked USAA. Called USAA got more coverage, more benefits, less to pay a month, only $85. USAA is awesome!
All these quotes are with full coverage. I'm 26.
