I will be getting a lift. it may be next summer though. Have to see what the final cost is on the building first. So far it's right on budget so I have my fingers crossed.

Theres nothing like having a lift at home in the back yard. The only problem I have is getting to use it. Someone always has something tore apart on it.
I have a 2-post and am now saving for a drive -on lift........

BTW- your shop looks great.........................

I'm thinking of putting in a shop at my house with a lift too. Could you tell me about how much it cost you? You can PM if you want. Thanks

The shop is 30 X 32 with 12' walls. It is brick on 3 sides with hardy on the back. The door is 18 X 10. Looks like the final bill including all the flat work is going to be ~28K. The real cost driver is the concrete. That crap is higher than Giraffe Pu**y right now. My lot is 1/2 acre.

I shopped it around for almost a year. I have been very pleased with my builder. I will be finishing it out inside myself.
