i dont think he deserves one.
willing to bet that he would have not done anything if people wouldnt have ganged up on him and started posting phone numbers, talking about police and lawyers.
besides, the stuff he was saying to byunspeed was messed up.

when you ship it back, you should ship it the same way he did....parcel post, with no tracking # or insurance, and let him wait 20 more days to get it back.
and regardless of whether he actually shipped the product or refunded the money, he was still selling parts as one thing, when they were another part entirely.....so i don't feel bad in the least that he got beat on so badly here.....especially in light of the other "questionable" things he's posted up before, like the "how do i stop my odometer" post that he made.
the only conceivable reason that anyone could have for stopping the odometer is so that the car could be sold for a higher price than it's worth. if you never intend on selling the car, the mileage on the odometer shouldn't matter to you.....those miles (and the associated wear & tear) are on the car, regardless.

Pat picked his path here, by avoiding contact and taking money for misrepresented items. It wasn't until we posted his personal info and had lawyers calling him that he decided to resolve things. Shouldn't have gotten that far in the first place. Simple communication and honesty would have saved him a lot of grief.

apology hell, does it look like a textralia to you?????????????????? I THINK NOT! I ain't apologizing for ****, and plus he told me it shipped on the 8th of this month and it is post marked on the 15.... the day all this **** started. I don't think he was going to ship it seeing as how the he first told me it shipped the 8th, then 11th, but it actually shipped the day the **** hit the fan. I am not in any hurry to get it back to him. Here are some better pics of it.

Are you sure that the clutch disc is right? it looks a LOT like a Spec clutch disc I had a while back.... that lasted less than 20k miles with ZERO passes on it
I will never own another SPEC ever again

well, pat kept saying that the clutches are straight from the manufac., which supposedly 'supplies' textralia with their parts.
HOWEVER...a guy from tex got on here and proved that all their stuff is in fact made over in AUS by them. so, i dont know whos lying here about it being the same, but its definately not the same parts.
you've got to probably realise how pissed off the guy from Textralia was, i mean, people are supposedly saying these random clutches are 'the same' yet unbranded as theirs. even if its BS, which it is, you spread news like that and have one blow apart, then words get mixed around and can only bring negative towards a good company.
textralia have obviously proven to make a badass product, i'm sure thats the last thing they need to worry about.
