Ticket lawyer for Crystal Beach? I got a ticket for expired registration in some drunk ***** car back in 2000, and thought she took care of it. She did not and now i cant change my address on my license until it gets taken care of.... 8 years ago... I wish i knew where she lived so i could donkey punch her ***

My brother got a ticket at Crystal beach back in the day, a lawyer did no good.
They are way uptight about beach tickets for some reasons, you may have to bite the bullet.

already called them. She said i could talk to the DA and Judge, but if they did not make a deal or drop charges and if i did not have "cash or money order" right then i would spend the night in jail

yah I been there....Crystal beach sucks....I got a ticket when i was underage cause my cousin who was of age went to hand me a beer to hold while he went in the store so it wouldnt spill and the cop was staring I said no just put it there...cop came over and wrote me a ticket saying I handed him the beer and I even offered to take a sobriety test. My cousin even walked out the store and confirmed my story...yeah no luck

Thats bullshit. Go talk to the DA and judge, and have your money order ready! Try to explain and see what they say. It is not your car, so how would you benifit from getting a registration for it? Especially not even knowing it was out. It just does not seem like you should be responsible if you don't own the vehicle.

F Crystal Beach. I got a ticket for an MIP a few years back. I had some beer in a cup, but I saw the cops and dumped the beer out of the cup, and they never sniffed the cup or anything. They just gave me a ticket for an MIP, and I pleaded not guilty. I went to court and they just ganged up on me. I got ~$200 fine, 8 hours community service, AA class, and 1 month suspended liscense (I didnt driive, or have my keys on me at the time of the ticket.) Good luck with your stuff. Crystal Beach is by far the worst place to get a ticket in Texas.

and btw, if you're ever in Magnolia, TX......DO....NOT.....SPEED. not even 1mph over the limit. one of the worst speed traps i've ever personally seen in my life.
