Well it has been let known to me that if i want to relocate to houston at the new costco warehouse that they are opening, i will have a full time supervisor position ! it pays fairly well close to $40-45k after my bonuses! i am only 22 and have been with the company for 4yrs! anyways my fiance will have an office job around $20k a year thats a lot of help! i been researching the housing market and for $200k you can literally buy a mansion, beautiful homes from that price range! i can easily afford something like that i am debt free thank god lol! so my ? is is it worth it! i live in a fairly nice place here in cali but i am renting! what i am worried about is the weather and the crime rate! what would you guys do? i just like the ls1 scene in texas especially the night scene lol! any input on nice parts of town and things to do would be great!
oh and Dallas > Houston

No one is truly expempt. OBDII cars are easy to pass if they don't have any touble codes. I had a nice hole in a gutted cat, !AIR , and !EGR and a cam for my last inspection and it passed because my rear O2's, EGR, and AIR are tuned out. The thing they made me fix was a burned out taillight bulb.
Sad thing is, the EPA has Texas under a microscope and has for a while so I give it less than 10 years before CARB type regulations are around.

Ive been thinking about leaving Tax happy Cali for a while too. Get more bang for your buck over in Texas, and it seems that their is a huge lsx community right there in houston. I might be down to roll out and go there myself

just fyi, humble is a really nice area. my bro took a job with shell and just moved there. i went out for the first time, way nice. had i known nineball was in that area i would have looked him up...and stole some cars. jk, much respect for his collection. anyway, humble kicks ***. san antonio area is the best tho, but you dont want a 4 hour commute. lol
