Better than supporting 5 kids, half of witch that aren't mine. Seruiously though you must be doing pretty well for this year to be in the market for that Vette. I'd be interested to see what it does stock. (With a good driver naturally.)

BTW, we signed with Partners in Building. They had more interesting floorplans, and were willing to work with us on any changes. We feel more secure going with a larger company that has been around for a while.

Nice looking choice. Mind sharing with us what your floorplan will look like? I looked at their gallery, very nice homes indeed.

We are starting with this one, and making a few changes. Side-load 4 car garage, slightly larger gameroom with a divider wall added for a media room in the back, larger closet in the master, bigger covered patio area.

Looks like a pretty friendly layout. I like the idea of moving the doors to the side. You might want to look into the size of your pantry if you hold a surplus of dry goods. I can't zoom in on the size of the layout, does it say 3,900sqft?

Wish I would have seen this sooner. If PIB don't do you RIGHT, you've GOT to talk to Zac. www.zacmurthahomes.com

My experience has been you are always better off with a custom builder (smaller op, but not TOO small). I've owned Villiage Builders, Coventry, and a Zac Murtha home. No contest. Zac all the way.

Nine Ball - check out Terra Firma Development - www.terrafirmadevelopment.com - I have known Mark Dooley, the owner for years and he is good. Also, you may want to check out Morning Star Builders http://www.morningstarbuildersltd.com/ - Ted & Yvonne Cummins are good folks!

Mine was custom all the way down to the door ***** and they had hell with it. Just don't get in the middle of it and have your builder say I've never built a house this big before or your stupid for spending $40,000.00 on cabinets....Good luck..
Not a builder I would use if they told you that.

I design cabinets for custom homes in the DFW area. We have had a couple jobs that ran $80,000 to $100,000.
