paint ripples on top of car?
I noticed some paint ripples on the top of the car right before the t-tops.
Anyone know what it could be from? Do I need subfram connectors?
I'll post up pics sometime today or tomorrow when the car is clean.

not a recall,, just a service bulletin, they wont fix, some have had it fixed, but you'll be writing letters, amking phone calls for months to do so....
Painting wont help, it will just keep eating throught he sailpanel and through your new paint. The entire sail panel must be replaced, the proper glue used, etc,,,1500.00 to 2000.00 is the common amount for the fix
sorry man, but dont feel alone,,,,

i agree, you'll have to call around and hopefully you'll get lucky and someone will do it.
the service bulletin you can download is what they use, and you can read what causes the problem, and the remedy. its the adhesive used, they have to strip the sail panel, scrape it all off, sand it, re-adhere a new one with non-defective adhesive, and then match paint.
