got some weight loss supp's... weight guys in here
I was at GNC today looking at some stuff, I started working out again recently, I haven't for several years after a pretty heavy duty shoulder injury, I've basically gained 70# since that time. I was talking to the guys there and they reccomended Hydroxycut Hardcore and GNC Multi-Oil (fish oil) to go with my workouts and the N.O. Xplode I'm using for my workouts. What do you guys think? I want to cut some of the weight, I realize I can't do it all at once, but I want some help getting it done, plus I want the best results from my workouts (n.o. x) so, you guys that know, what do you think?

i'm not sure i'm ready to get into anything to extreme as far as the muscle sups goes, I've only been lifting for 2 weeks so far, I'm basically just getting myself adjusted to the workouts and feeling out what I can and can't do right now, the shoulder is the biggest problem at this point.

Do you do any cardio? also high reps with low weights is good..and of course its good to eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up, but its not an easy thing. Food is key to weight loss..

i am slowly getting into more cardio, i'm not much of a runner due to my crap knees, but i have been jumping rope, and doing some other stuff like that. i have stopped drinking sodas of any kind, water only from here on out (beer and tequila optional!) and no more fried foods for sure.

my brother in law is taking some whey protein and something else, he is a cop and has been working out for probably 5 years pretty regularly N/A and recently started with the whey pro. and is getting ripped already and its only 5-6 weeks in. i may check that out, would it be ok to get that and use on top of the no x?as far as the strength supps, should i wait and start with those after i've lost some weight or is it ok to do both at once?
