Default Just moved to Amarillo

Just wanted to stop in and say Hi, I just moved into Amarillo, Tx from Clovis, NM. So far I'm really liking it out here. I'm driving a silver 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. Hope to see some members here around.

Yea I've checked amarilloracers.com out before, haven't checked out texasstreetcars.com though guess I'll check it out and see what's up. I'm go down to lubbock once a month for drill (Army Reserve), so I'll check racelubbock.com out too.

Did you finally get everything moved in? I was tired as hell the next day after carrying all that stuff up and down the stairs! Good thing I'm built for the job though. LOL Well hopefully everything works out for you two up there and you know I'll be down eventually. Good luck to the wifey, she needs it!

BTW Did you ever to to Midway Chevrolet or talk to Sal? Or possibly race the STS Camaro you told me about. HAHAHA!

^^^I don't know how often you go up there but the car scene is extremely big for the size of the town! I was just at a car show in the area a few weeks ago and there was an easy 150-200 cars just from that local area. Tons of F-bods, Mustangs, turbo Buicks, actually turbo everything thanks to George at Boost.

Welcome. I'm orignally from Pampa.

There are a lot of nice rides out in Amarillo, and a surprising amount of LS cars.

Dude rob I haven't had time to do much of that stuff, I think I need to go get it registered before I get it inspected.... at least that's how we used to have to do it back in jersey... I need to find the DMV first though... other than that were all moved in, and pretty much unpacked. No I wish I could have heard that ss with that STS on it though. Man it was a sweet car!!! He left before we did so I didn't get to hear it...
