trade a set of TTII's + cash for these Fikse Forged?
one has curb rash, and missing a cap..

If the other 3 look like that, heck no. It costs ~$100 each to refinish a wheel, plus a Fikse cap is metal and probably costs another $50.

You could find a better deal out there... especially if you are forking over cash plus your wheels for some damaged ones. Yeah they are 3 piece forged wheels and are beautiful when they have a nice finish but that one is beat up.

they are 17X10 up front, and 17x12 in the rear

That would be a no thought most definate NO

You aren't going to come out ahead, I would strongly advise against it.

You can find a perfect set of Fikse's for $3k if you look hard enough and wait. If the other 3 look like the one you posted, I'd offer him $500 plus yours and no more.
