Default Anheuser Busch

What are your thoughts on this beer company selling the company to another country? This was the only company that 100% of the profits stayed in the U.S.! Miller lite and Coors beer, some of their profits stay here in the U.S. and the rest is to another country! Anyways, thoughts out of any of you Proud Americans? Im PO'd!

Anhauser-Bush is still American owned to an extent, The Beligan(InBev) only bought a share of the company for 52billion...pretty much they just made a ginourmous merger with the two companys to become the worlds larget Beer Brewerys......Anhauser-Bush profits 36billion a year in profits alone, why sell for just 52billion?...But to point it out the little said issue was that it wasn't a comlete sell for the total company, just a percentage of it....I work for an Anhauser-Bush distribution company as well a _Zak_....same company to be exact...I have a newsletter on my work email that goes into detail of the deal......

^ yes, but before 100% of the profit that they made stayed in the U.S.. Now some of the profit is going to another country. As A Veteran of the U.S. Army, I felt proud to buy from them and was glad that I didnt spend my money on coors or miller lite where the money left the states. And I am not into dark beer, so bud light was my beer. I was watching the news the other day and there were alot of people pissed of about this!

With the right beers, in a blind taste test, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a pale and darker beer. Dark doesn't always mean thick/motor oil mouthfeel beer!

SHINER BOHEMIAN BLACK

/all other beer.

its dark and while not heavy like some dark beers, its got the best blend of flavors of any REAL beer i've had.

LoneStar while kinda shitty, is brewed here as well.

I just tried this one last weekend (Schwarzbier) fir the first time since it never is available in Lubbock, and it was very good. I'm partial to this style as I made one that won some big awards...but it was MUCH better IMO than Sam Adams' black lager.
