Our GXP can't beat my current LS1 or any of my other LS1 cars for that matter. However, I do believe that it's faster than my old 96 LT1 TA.

Wow guys I not sure why every board ends up this way. Any car can be made fast if you have the money to put in it. The fastest gxp is actually at 12.1 due to lack of traction, that is pretty fast for what we have...a 4 door front wheel drive sedan with only 303 hp stock!

Now when these guys have these kills on their list, who knows who was driving them - there are some idiots that cant drive that own LS1's also. They are not saying they can beat any LS1 that they come across, they just happen to beat that one - so it was added to the list.

So lets play nice guys!!!!

edit: I looked at the other thread and couldn't stop laughing at the v6 mustang making the kills list.

 

That trap speed could put him low 11's if he wouldn't spin/break...

 

With slicks he would have been into the 11s (spinning through first and part of second - finally going WOT in 3rd) - i know you have alot of F bodys doing that....but with us being a 4 door family car.....with almost no aftermarket (only 14,000 made) - that is pretty fast!

That was my whole point to making this thread. Some of their kill lists looked like something on a ricer board. I found it funny and expected more from V8 guys. Seriously, what was next? Listing the local ISD's short bus, the kid next door on his bike, a guy on a riding lawn mower, the old lady down the street on her hover round, and her husband with his walker?

Then you have the dorks that made claims that they can beat whatever we have just because they have a little shot of spray on a bolt on LS4. But when asked to put up some ET's they mysteriously get silent.

The reason I posted in their thread was a play on the title, "LS4 kills." So I posted my LS4 kill in my wifes 14 sec SUV. Unfortunately, they got all defensive and didn't see the irony.
