Huge LS1tech DFW Cruise! 8-30-08
Hey who's in for a meet and cruise on labor day weekend? I was thinking Saturday would prolly be the best day, possibly meet up at hooters and then later in the evening do a cruise around 820 or something. I wanna do this because Im getting to come home for Labor day and I think it would be awesome. Once I get a few people who are down for it I will try and set some solid times and locations and plan out a route.

Maybe....
Got to talk with momma and see if we have any plans that weekend. Don't know if we are staying home or going to the farm that weekend. My work schedule rotates, so even though I am off that weekend, momma may have other plans.
If we do come, I'll roll in the Camaro and she'll have to bring the kids in the knee-yahn.
Will see and let you know within the next week or so.

I can bring about 10 cars with me so if we can scrounge up a few more people, we could have a pretty good turnout. Meeting up around noon would be fine and then going for a cruise, then meeting up and having dinner somewhere. Also being on a Sat night, afterwards we could all roll out to Beach st to do some..um...more..."cruising". Let me know what sounds good to yall, Im not around dfw much anymore so I dont know where people like to meet up anymore.

We can start at Hooters at noon but where do you want to cruise and where do you want to end up at? We could go around south 820 and end up in the HEB area and eat somewhere there, does that sound fine?

I'm game.
I've been mulling over routes for club events. Hooters to Bryant Irvin, up Camp Bowie w/a little jog through Downtown Ft. Worth up main past the Stockyards back over to I35 on 28th to what ever final destination you choose could be fun. I'm pretty sure they have new noise ordinances downtown now so revving could get you a ticket though. This would help the guys that aren't set up for highway cruising.
