Tuning Shops??
not sure of your situation but you sound like the customers at my job, at the dealership. EX: i installed a fuel pump on a tahoe one day, with over 100k the next day he comes in "my abs light is on", "my ac isnt that cold anymore", or my fav, "it didnt have that oil leak till yall worked on it" all no realtion to the pump but we get blamed, maybe they did mess it up maybe not, but i know when you do an asm state inspection most cars set the abs/brake light because the pcm notices that the fronts arent gong anywhere and the rears are at a high speed! why dont you work it out with them before bashing a shop like that, although im a SQR fan myself
ABS **** is about to hit the trash can or else i'd let my dealership i work at take care of it.
this isnt a problem where i was with a flashlight trying to look for **** (we had a lady like that at the other dealership i was at doing that) this was a gauge cluster light where your going to notice it right away. when one of my techs would do a ASM inspection they would drive the car around to take care of those little things (customer service over brush off service)

sucks that you had a bad experience Reject. RPM has been around over 4 years so they must be doing something right.
I would also like to note that they have the most 5 second customer cars out of any LSx shop in DFW. that says alot.

You guys are halarious. You can definitely see who is friends with who. Sometimes its so hard to see whos **** stinks more. Because some of you cant let go of the friend title when most of you dont realize these guys run a business and dont give a **** about you.
So they tuned your car and gave you a smile, do you all hang and race together? Most of you probably dont. I have dealt with sponsors now for a good while and I can tell you
that a huge margin care about your dollar and give a **** about your car. Everyone has a bad experience at some point but sometimes that doesnt tell the level of the experience at that related shop. But I would be pissed to if I payed 400 bucks for a tune and most of my pcm was still stock.
Also, if the shop is charging you full price, you seriously think thats friendship?? Some of you need a serious reality check and make sure your not roadies for another Fast and furious movie.
These are businesses not friendship hangouts, so long as you have money any shop owners going to smile at you.

i'm just curious how you can tell which people in this thread fall under your category?
some people have given their negative experience w/ a shop, some have given their positive experiences w/ a shop and or shops. so how is it you're able to make a blanketed comment when you do or dont know who your comment applies to?
