Are you making your cage out of pipe, or are you making it out of tubing?

You better look for a 1-3/4" tubing die, then. The closest pipe size is 1-1/2", and it is 1.9" OD. Or 1-1/4" pipe is 1.66" OD.

read this link first http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/bendin_tube/index.html

also, you can learn alot aout tubing, bending, and notcjing from that site

i have a jd model3 air over hydraulic bender. in my opinion the best money you ever spend.

gas pipe is for gas, not protecting your skull

the jd model 2 is a great piece also. i had one of them before i got the model 3

Irvan-Smith. They sell a lot of cool things for racecar chassis builders.
