sears floor jack, craftsman
works good for my needs on my ws6 and 2500hd.
just remember....the jack....is just a jack....don't keep things lifted for long periods....use the stands....it's safer for you and your jack !

There have been threads about the jacks being junk but mine has been great. Maybe they had a different modle than I do

My steel craftsman jack sucks....hasnt taken a dump yet but I just hate using it. You have to crank a ridiculous amount of pressure on the shut off valve to get it to lift....then it takes for ever to get any appreciable height. Its the only tool I leave outside just to save some room in my shop....I keep hoping someone will steal it....LOL
I have two other jacks that work well, (one a long super low profile version thats great for my lowered C5), but when you start doing driveline work its amazing how many jacks you need to get it done if your not working on a lift of course. Removing the rear cradle and the trans/rear/torque tube set-up is the only reason I keep the POS Craftsman around.

Note to self.. never buy the craftsman aluminum jack again. Only had it for 1 year.. and used it maybe 20 times..
Quality jack stands are a must. No cheap-o stuff.
