Hello, I just used my dad's henrob 2000 today to show my grandpa how it works. I cut, and welded some stainless that was 1/8" thick. I also cut some 3/32" plate steel, the kerf was no wider than a pencil lead thickness. I am not really practiced at it, but it is one amazing tool. Works on 4 psi of oxygen, and 4 psi of acetylene. I will try and get some pics for you guys.

Here is a pic of what this thing can do. The steel shown is 1/2" plate

Tip life is not talked about, but I would expect it to be comparable to the life of a normal torch tip, maybe better?

Here is a pic of stainless welding and aluminum welding. The top is a pice of stainless that is 1/8" thick that I welded. The bottom is a piece of 1/32" aluminum that the salseman welded. With stainless you use an carburizing flame, while with the aluminum you weld with a neutral flame wand use a paste flux on the outside of the rod.
