Hammer a socket over it if you have the clearance. A cheap socket works better as it gives a little.

They make special tools that do the same but are pricey for single use.

This is like what you need:

http://www.amazon.com/Hubcap-Wheel-L.../dp/B000R6U084

Or take it to Discount Tire, they'd probably do it for free.

The wheel lock removal kits have a reverse inner threaded cone that hunkers down on the lug as you try to back it out. They work VERY well. I got my lost key lug locks off in seconds.

Hence, I'm convinced that wheel locks will not stop a thief at all. Casual thief, yes. Determined wheel thieves, not a bit.

When I worked in the junkyard, I got pretty good with a 32 oz ball peen hammer. Two or three wacks bent the wheel stud, and the lock nut was loose.
When I say good with the hammer, I mean being able to wail on the nut without marking the wheel.

Harbor Freight sells the "emergency removers" for situations like this. I've also always just hammered on a cheap 21mm socket.
