emergency tech question section.

i think it'd be a great idea to have a section ONLY for emergency tech questions. the kinda thing where your hands are dirty, you're freaking out at whatever the problem is and just arnt aure what to do. these things do come up, and it'd be kinda cool to have a section like this. the "help me get this thing together" or "why the HELL cant i get this _____ in this ___"

Wow this would have helped me a ton out a while ago when re-doing the head gaskets at 3AM. I like the idea.

Doubt it will happen guys. As Unit said, when "emergency services" are offered on a FREE (such as on an online forum) basis, everything becomes an emergency.

Maybe there's an idea... charge $5 before we let you post in an "emergency forum." Still probably not a great idea logistically...

Admin and moderators are overworked and underpaid, the chage per use would be something Internet Brands would implement if they see a use for it.

I'm thinking not. Users that see your posts, and have advise usually give it. With your posts being in an emergency section, your not going to have any more luck for those users to give advice than if it were in the general maint. and repair section.

I think its a great idea but it would definitely get flooded with, "what cam should I buy", "how much nitrous can I use", "will these tires fit on these wheels", etc...
