Site slow for past couple of days?

My replies have to be typed very slow or characters will be skipped
It has been all the time for the last 3 days.
Thought it was my cmputer, but it's only happening on LS1tech replies.

Its been extremely slow the past week or so. Everytime I reply to something or send a PM it sits there for 20-30 seconds doing nothing before it goes through. Sometimes wont work at all. This happens on my home PC, and at my work so I know its not a PC issue on my end.
I first noticed it on 12/13 when I made a post in here that I couldnt PM, the page basically froze and then went to an error page.... no one ever replied. And it also only does it on this website, no others.

Thanks, that helps a lot.
Is there anything it seems to be "hanging on"?
(i.e. in the bottom of your browser does it say "waiting for LS1tech.com" or anything like that?)
If so, if you could paste that here, it would assist greatly!

In this case, I suspect something (an ad, 3rd party security software) is hammering your CPU. This causes the lag between when you type on the keyboard, and when you see the characters appear on the screen.
When you are typing your response in the message box, no communication is being made between your computer and the server (as long as the page has fully loaded). Until you hit the Submit Reply or Preview Post, you are not communicating with the webserver while you're typing your message. It is basically like composing an email, offline.
The others appear to be reporting a possible load (as in utilization) issue, which likely would not have anything to do with the issue you are experiencing. I suspect you may have a 3rd party security software, or certain ad on the forum, that is causing your CPU to ramp up. If you're running Windows XP, do a CTRL+ALT+Delete to bring up the task manager. Click on the Performance tab and then check CPU usage while you are trying to type (replicate the situation). You most likely will find a high CPU usage reading, correct?

Thanks for the info it's reading about 15-20% with occasional blips to 90+%.
Explorer is the only app shown running, No popups, I do have Noron, and it only happens on LS1tech email or replys.
Any other advice?

This may be a different issue from what the others are reporting. Slow, on a website, can mean different things and can be caused by different things.
In this case, I suspect something (an ad, 3rd party security software) is hammering your CPU. This causes the lag between when you type on the keyboard, and when you see the characters appear on the screen.
