Default Should I change my name?

Just a quick Q...

I go by demonspeed on every other board, but when I registered, that was taken (by someonewho registered a long time ago and only made 10 posts). I went with DMNSPD instead. The thing is, my email is dmnspd@hotmail and my plate says DMNSPD too.

Do you think I should change, or keep it? I think most people know what DMNSPD stands for (my friends mom thought it was DuMb aNd StuPiD though). I'm kinda liking DMNSPD so that way if someone sees my LS1tech stickers and my plate, they'll figure out who I am...

If it's the same as your plate I would keep it.

Bringing up an old thread... Now that I don't have either of my LS1's, and I'm not running my DMNSPD plate on my Grand Cherokee (and I can't renew it), what should it do? Change to demonspeed or keep DMNSPD?

Well, if you don't have the license plate anymore, there's not a lot of reason to keep it as your username if the misinterpretations annoy you

Well, first you've got to make sure that the person who registered 'demonspeed' before I did no longer is interested in keeping the screen name.

2nd, I don't want anyone else to be able to use DMNSPD

"I'm DMNSPD, Bitch!"

Oh, I see. In that case, the obvious answer is to not change your username

I always thought it was "damn-speed."

i would say make a deciesion for your self and dont worry about everyones opinion. not trying to bash you but do you go around your work and ask people if you should pull in or back in to your parking place?

I think that's how most people think it to be.

I'm not relying on public opinion for this one I've been changing a lot of things with my life, so I figure a change in my favorite online community is a step in the right direction

I sent "DemonSpeed" and email...

I have used demonspeed on every message board I've used - except this one (thirdgen.org, camaroz28.com, stangnet.com, etc). So what I am asking is that since you don't use this site, would it be alright if you gave up the name for me to take? It's 6/8, so if I don't hear from you by 6/15 I'll assume you aren't even using this email either. Thanks for your time.
