Default Locking dumb threads?

Like the good old LT1 Vs LS1 threads, there dumb and waste space, if people did a search on half the subjects they post they would find more information then they ever wanted.

It's delicate balance. We're not trying to be *****. Locking posts discourages
people from posting again, which isn't what we're trying to accomplish. Dumb
threads will get locked. No question about it. Occasionally the search feature
doesn't work.

i use my when it comes to locking "dumb" threads. i know what most threads entail when there left open; especially the SS vs z28, m6 vs a4, ect. its always the same tired as arguement. i'll leave one open because despite how much i hate them like dan said we cant be ****'s. so i close 99.9% of them and leave the .1% open so the people can bicker amongthst themselves.

At least they are not like some other sites....ex: "look at my new jeans!", "look at my new highlights!", "is there a way to shave hairs off my ***?" etc. I think you got the point...LOL!!
