I am looking around and i see many people have a banner at there signature place, and i was wondering how you make one, i know how to put it down their, but some poeple have a fancy background with there car, and sub titles. How can i make one?

Find somebody who recently got a digi cam, the Sony and Cannon's I know usually come with decent programs you can install on multiple computers.
