The car had an extended luxury warranty through Cadillac that has just expired. Before it was to expire, I took it to the dealer to have things checked out. I thought it needed motor mounts, but those were fine, no fluid had leaked out. They did, however, replace the rear differential with a brand new one. That's the weak link on these cars. Its new now, and I have the paperwork that goes with the car. They also did a fuel-injector service as routine maintenance, and replaced the trunk gas-shocks.
The paint is in good shape. A few small scratches that can be buffed out. no dents, dings, or crashes. The car has not been wrecked that I know of, and has a clean title. It was bought from a very reputable car lot that I do work for here in my town. I'll disclose their number if anyone wants it.
There may be more, but I'll have to add it later.
I'm located in Western KY.
Asking price is $18,000 without the stereo, $20,000 with it. Like I said, trades are considered, but must be a diesel and almost for sure, a crew cab. Something cheaper with cash is also acceptable.
In these pics, it's not lowered. Post #2 will have new pics of the car and the H&R springs are installed in those pics. Also, the drivers floormat looks dirty in the pics. I've left those in there through the winter, and have new black floormats that will be included with the car. Once Spring gets here, I'll put those in.

Everything will be back to stock, and nothing is cut except for the spare tire cover, and unless I find a new one, I'll rebuild that one. It was trimmed so it could be removed, the box covered part of it.

Just out of curiosity since I am in the market for a CTS-V and been researching what they go for, pricing etc. The blue book value on one in excellent condition is around $16,800. Assuming yours is excellent why the $18k price plus extra with the stereo? I just want to make sure I get the right deal on the right car.
