Up for sale is my 1998 pontiac trans am. I'm giving an option to sell as roller or as a whole car that has been lightened/gutted. The reason I say its a 98/99 is the interior harness and engine harness were from a 99 car. The body is a 1998 body. I bought the car as a bare shell and put it together with a wrecked 99 I had laying around. Now about the car,

Its a 1998 trans am with 86,xxx miles on it. Interior is leather and is in good shape. No wear on seats really except for a small tear in the middle. The radio, Heat/a/c, hvac,air bags, speakers, and all duct work inside has been removed. My intentions were making it a race car. I still have all the air bags but all the duct work is gone. Does have power windows witch work fine. With switching everything over there are alot of lights on in the dash. Please don't ask for what cause so much has been removed I wouldn't know where to start.

For the outside of the car, Its all black with a ws6 glasstec hood. Paint is in ok shape with a bigger blemish on front driver fender and peeling front bumper. The car does have a salvage title and was hit in the front at some point cause not all body panels line up great. Windows were tinted all the way around with 20% or so. there are no dents or damage to anything on the car just kinda thrown together.

Now for the drivetrain, It has a stock ls1 engine with 86k on it. It does have piston slap witch has been there since I've had it with 82k and the guy I bought it off of said it was there when he had it. Egr, AIR, evap has all been takin off. Transmission has been built with lots of upgraded parts "4l60e". 2000 miles on a circle d 4c stall, flowmaster exhaust, mac y-pipe, Car runs and drives fine so if someone wanted to drive it home as a whole it would be fine. I drove it to car craft in minneapolis last year.

price as a whole is 3100$ stock z-28 wheels


The car is easly worth what i'm asking even if someone wanted to part it out or finish putting it all together to driver daily Or even if someone wants to drive it the way it sits. I tried posting everything i know about the car so please don't e-mail me thinking this thing is perfect cause its not but by no means is it that bad.

Just let me know. I'll throw in a good ls2 block and most everything to put it together minus the heads if you buy as a roller.
