have a project car up for sale. I bought the car for $700 and I was gonna let it sit for while till I had time to work on it, well it turns out I don't and I'm trying to buy a house. I'm just trying to get what i paid for it but price is negotiable of coarse. I am also considering trades of equal value which isn't much i know. Car has bottom half of engine that was originally turbocharged and made over 500HP at the wheels on philly dynowerks dyno. Motor is a 3.8L has diamond racing pistons, powdered metal rods, performance cam, ect. auto rebuilt with a 3800 stall converter, rear is a stock 10 bolt with a spool i believe. Turbo piping is all hand made. interior is all there still except the heater core being blocked off and the HVAC controls missing. So what exactly is wrong with the car? Is it missing the block and all but you have the bottom end?

 

no turbo, and only the short block is in the car but i have intake manifold and some of the top end. but the block and bottom end is there i basically don't have the heads but the head gasket blew and couple cylinders have rust in them

Well, as I promised better and more pics.... here they are.

 

i noticed that one manifold is missing and no waste-gate but blow off valve is there. I think this would be a good shell for a LS-1 swap, cause I'm not sure if the motor is gonna be any good. I know a lot of you are probably looking at this now and going its not worth $700, but I'm really just trying to get what i paid for out of it so if you have something to trade and a little bit of cash we can work something out and I have a car trailer I can use so I am willing to deliver for the buyer as long as its not ridiculously far away.
