I have a 86 mustang that have put a LQ4 in withi a 76mm and the car has proven to be very reliable and fast!


Lq4 with 50k miles 2006
ARP head Bolts
02+ ZO6 cam
comp 918's
Hardened push rods
New timing set and oil pump

Th-350 Trans Built with the best of the best
PTC convertor fresh!

9" 33 spline axles with 3.73's

76mm bog warner turbo current at 18.5lbs on c-116
Aeromotive eliminator pump 80lb injectors boost reference reg
manual boost controller
Mega squirt controlling the fuel MSD 6010 for timing
8 point roll bar (have the bars to finsih out to a 10-point cage)

Car has all your normal mustang stuff soild up and lowers on rear, Anit roll bar. Strange adjustable rear shocks
Tubular k-member and a-arms manual rack Qa1 adjustable front coil-overs
Tubular k member a-arms manual rack


Car has been best to date

This must be the car Mario was telling me about. He said it was impressive and was surprised how fast it was for such a mild combo.
Good luck with the sale. It looks to be A turn key 8 second car.

That's an 1/8 mile pass dude. If it ran 5.60 in the 1/4 it would be sold already for 14,500

never ran it in the 1/4 but with a gear change i know it has some solid 8.8's at 150+ in it

Are you willing to part it out? If so how much for the motor (intake to pan), turbo fmic and piping, and fuel/spark manament items?
