**update**
car made it into the shop today so heres an update with what we know. The car has been in a minor accident in the past. There was absolutely no frame damage. looks like the passenger side fender was replaced. The hood needs some adjustment but will look better. There is a dent in the pass rear quarter and a dent in the pass side rocker.
As for the interior, its in great shape. the seats look very nice for the mileage, no rips, non smoker and doesnt smell. Stereo works well.
Driveline. Car has an aftermarket LS1 motorsports lid, Mac mid length headers and catted y, borla 3" adjustable catback. 3.42 posi rear with BMR LCA's, BMR lowering springs, BMR tower brace (not pictured), BMR weld in subframe connectors, and an aftermarket panhard bar. Drill'd rotors up front. Has brand new tires all the way around. Nitto 555r's on the rear. 16" chrome GM wheels that are in excellent condition.
Car drives well. The only issue we found is with the transmission. it shifts fine under part throttle operation. when up to speed it feels like there is something wrong with the lockup in the converter possibly. under hard throttle there is slight slipping between shifts. i would assume the trans is on its way out the door.
This is what i know as of now. i lowered the price just a bit. $5k takes this one home. the motor runs very well so i feel thats a fair price!

The whole front looks wrecked. Notice how white the whole front is, hood, panels and nose. The lower portion of the nose is scratched to hell. Top two pics show this very good. Looks like maybe it was hit by a deer or worse. Maybe even an ***-ender.

No i dont know any of the history. all i know is it was a direct sale, meaning someone off the street sold it on the auction. It wasnt there because of any accident or insurance issue.

I will take a look at the car and see if i can tell if anythings been replaced. i can tell the hood needs a little alignment as it doesnt fit quite right.
**this car is not perfect and it appears that it has had some body work/refinishing done as you can tell the hood is not fitting perfect in the pictures and we have established that already. this is a used clean clear title car with no accident history reported and its definitly priced to sell**

what are you talking about? the title is clean. theres nothing on the carfax about anything. it qualifys for the buyback policy. imo thats cheap. this car is worth more in parts than im asking for the whole car.

funny to maybe just me but i wonder how many of the responses would have known it was a copart car if the pic would have been in front of his house and not in the lot. Good luck with your sale. Still got your phone number call you if i get a wild hair and think i need another Z
