Damn, don't think I can invest money in a car with a mysterious noise in the rear though. Suck 'cause it looks great and has low mileage, but if that rear went out on me after dropping $7.5k into it, I'd be up a creek without a paddle. So, I don't think I'll be buying it. Sorry.
