This super clean low mileage z28 will come with all the parts under the listed price of $11,000. The base asking price is 9900 but that's with no parts and stock wheels. This Yank SS4000 converter is being swapped out for a brand new PTC 3200 in a couple of weeks unless the car sells or trades and the new owner would prefer to keep the ss4000.
