1998 Pontiac Formula, auto, V8, T-tops - $4,000 obo
Year: 1998
Make: Pontiac
Model: Firebird
Price: $4000
Mileage: 162000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): TX
Color: Blue
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
1998 Pontiac Formula (like Trans Am) , auto, V8, T-tops, Navy Blue with gray cloth interior
Nice cars, runs and drives good. A/C works, cloth interior in good shape, power windows, power door locks. Has been tuned and has a few performance modifications - K&N air filter with different intake, long tube headers, full exhaust, high flow cats with electric cut out. Just passed state inspection. *** I just changed the ad and dropped the price, the A/C compressor is leaking freon, I could replace it - but for now just dropped the price a bunch.
Recent tune up, brakes redone, transmission shifts firm, battery is not very old. ABS brakes, traction control. Factory radio with CD player.
162k miles, motor runs good and does not smoke.
Paint is faded on the hood and a few spots, has rock chips and a few small dents.
Good clear title, It is a nice car

Weekly bump and price drop - $4,700 ?
A nice running car with aftermarket parts - walbro fuel pump, strut tower brace, headers, electric cutout, lid. runs great.

Hi,
What headers (brand) are you running. Are the high flow cats welded in? or are they apart of an aftermarket Y-pipe designed for the headers? Any interior cracks, upholstery rips/tears, headliner? How are the headlights? Both high and lows work, any motor issues? Does the rear end wine? Outside of the normal Fbody rattles, anything outside of the A/C to take note of?
Thanks,
Scoobs

Pacesetter ceramic coated headers. Cats are welded to an after market y-pipe. The plastic dash piece under the front window is cracked and broken. The rest of the dask looks good, a couple of small cracks forming. The drivers seat has one small tear in the seat area -
The headlights both pop up and work. Motor seems to be in good shape, starts right up, no smoke or noises. Rear end does not whine.
The display on the factory radio is not working right - CD player plays, gets radio stations and the radio controls on the steering wheel work.
Every now and then the windows won't roll down, turning the key on and off and the will roll down. Only happened a couple of times, I haven't looked to see what it might be.
Cruise works, trans shift firm, TCS works. Rear tires have good tread, front's are more worn. I changed the rear shocks, new spark plugs, and a few other misc things.
