1998 Pontiac Trans Am LS2 402
Year: 1998
Make: Pontiac
Model: Trans Am
Price: $9000
Mileage: 86000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): MN
Color: Black
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
It's definitely not perfect, but overall it's in good condition and runs well. It's garage kept and is only driven in nice weather (no winters). The front bumper has a small tear, but the paint itself is very nice considering it's original (except for the good). The interior is in very good condition.
Best ET is in my sig from a few years back. It's only had a few track runs since then and I street drive it now. It runs strong, very reliable and is surprisingly streetable considering the setup.
$9,000.00. Serious inquiries only and NO low ball offers. This a great deal for a great car. Car has a clean title with no liens.

Since I'm getting a lot of questions I decided to post some additional info:
- I have the authentic GM service manuals, engine build sheet/receipt and some parts receipts along with the flow numbers provided by Tony Mamo when he reworked the heads.
- Even though this car was built for drag racing (big rear sway bar, no front bar, no AC), it's still pretty streetable considering the size of the cam and converter. But it aint stock.
- Best ET is in the sig with front skinnies and DR's. It would run low 11's in hot weather.
- The car is rock solid and has very few creaks or groans even though it does has a stiff ride with little body lean or roll, but it's not a road race car by any means.
- Raceweight was 3,560-lbs weighed at BIR a few years back. That was with drag wheels and tires.
- I put custom end links w/ poly bushings on the rear sway bar to get rid of the clunk from the rod ends, but I still have the rod ends.
- Actual miles are 87,144 as of 09-09-12.
I'm trying to make sure I list every detail; but I've owned this car for so long, it's hard to remember everything about it. So if I omitt anything it's not intentional or like I'm trying to hide anything. Even though it's been garage kept since day one; it still has some wear on it. It's a solid car that's been great for me and I hate to see it go after all of these years.
