LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

The chassis is a 1990 Pontiac Firebird with a trans am body kit. The car had 212k miles on it when I purchased it in October 2006. It was originally a 3.1L/700r4 car. I swapped this engine in the car in the winter of 2009 and have put around 3000 miles on it since. The car is a T-top car that doesn't leak. It doesn't have hvac anymore, it was removed in favor of a 1LE heater box(HVAC delete). I hate selling the car, but have lost interest in driving this.

Engine:

6.0L LQ4 V8 (pulled from a 2001 Yukon with approx 75k miles)
2002 Corvette ZO6 cam and spring kit
LS6 Intake
LS1 F-body accessory drive system
LS1 Oil Pan
Prothane poly engine mounts
FAST Fuel rails
28# injectors(from a 1998 LS1)
Braided Stainless steel fuel lines and Aeromotive pressure regulator
Custom 3" air intake and K&N air filter
Speartech custom harness($850 new)
PCM from 2002 Camaro SS(HP Tuned)
Auto Meter carbon fiber gauges(Tach, Speedo, boost, and transmission temperature)

Exhaust:

Stainless Works 1.75" Stainless steel long tube headers (3" collectors)
Custom 3" True Dual w/ X-pipe exhaust system w/ Dynomax mufflers

Drivetrain & Brakes:

Speed Inc SFI Flexplate
Built TH400 (rated to approx 800ft-lbs)
Circle D Specialties 4400rpm stall, single disk converter with anti balloon plate (4800rpm with nitrous)
3.23:1 GM 10-bolt limited slip rear axle from a 2001 Trans Am
Factory front brakes
2001 Trans Am rear disc brakes and calipers
Wilwood brake proportioning valve

Steering and suspension:

Tokiko 5-way adjustable shocks and struts
Eibach pro-kit 1" lowering springs
Moog lower ball joints
Energy suspension control arm bushings
16" 1998 firebird wheels
Mickey Thompson ET streets
15" Weld Pro Stars with MT Drag radials

The car has ran consistent 12.50's @ 108mph with this setup. It's very streetable and has an awesome sound to it through the true duals.

$6000 with Pro Stars and stock wheels. NO TRADES!!!!

Here are a few flaws with the car. I scraped up the front end while loading it on a car trailer. There are some small bumps on the drivers sail panel that can be paintless dent repaired. Also, one of the hood vents also broke a piece off during a 1/4 mile pass a few years back. Other than that, its a solid 23 year old car.

Can you elaborate more on the condition of the paint/body and underside of the car? Any rust? More pics would be great!

The body has been re-painted at some point due to it being a v6 car with a trans am body kit and hood(which has a 5.0L emissions decal on it). The paint is overall in "good" condition probably being a 7.5/10. There are some scrapes on the front of the bumper from various things over the years, as well as a chip on the front bumper where it meets the metal fender. Other than that, there are two small(less than a quarter) sized dings on the drivers side sail panel and one of the louvers(hood scoops) is missing a fin that broke off during a 1/4 mile pass.

The ONLY rust on the car is hiding underneath the battery, but even that is only surface rust that has been painted over. The floorboards have zero rust and are as solid as new. The fuel and brake lines have zero rust and I've yet to come across a stubborn nut or bolt to remove during the few engine swaps I've performed on this ride.
