The run down.
I bought this car from a guy in Kentucky. I planned on working on it and building it into a hell of a street machine. It definitely has the foundation for it. I purchased it with cosmetic issues and other things that can easily be fixed. I work in Afghanistan for the government so the plan was to acquire all the little stuff it needed while I'm over here and then have a clean low mileage car. Well I am gonna stay over here for another year so I'm just going to buy something already done.
I literally have everything it needs to be right. I have a new dash pad, M6 center console piece with shift boot in perfect condition, new carpet, and a few other pieces to make it 100% clean. I have new C6 ZR1 18" wheels (OEwheelsLLC brand) with brand new tires to replace the dated chrome C5 wheels. All of these parts go with the car.
The interior is ebony and the seats are leather and in great condition. No rips or tears.
The bad
Battery relocation needs to be redone.
Has a retarted roll cage in it (the reason I bought new carpet, I was gonna cut the cage out)
Paint has some scratches here and there and the hood has some rock chips
Tune needs to be redone.
That's really it. I know this car in clean condition could sell for 10k plus. You're getting this car plus parts to fix it for 8500. I'm pretty firm on the price. There may be a little wiggle room but it won't be much. Don't low ball me please. I definitely don't have to sell it so there is no reason for me to take a big hit.
Ill be home in Jan and ill install all these parts and I'm having a guy come over to give me an estimate on paint. Obviously if I install the parts and have it painted then the price will go up considerably as the car will be in mint condition.
If you're looking for a solid foundation that needs a little wrench time to be really nice for cheap then here it is. This car is pretty damn fast even with the crap tune that's in it. I don't see any reason it couldn't make north of 450 with a solid tune.
Here are some pics. Don't forget that anything you see on the interior that's missing or broken, I have the replacement part for it. It will come with the car.
