LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

Hey guys, I'm wanting to trade my car for a built F-body. Reason for selling is I'm getting married in April and have flat out just spent too much on the car. I bought it last summer and the engine starting having problems two weeks later and eventually was a total loss. The car just finished having a built LS7 installed last Friday. It will be towed to my tuner tomorrow (2/18/15) morning where it will receive a fresh and safe tune. It will have zero street miles on the new motor before getting the tune. The car will be ready to hop in and drive with no problems when the buyer picks it up. This car is not a garage queen. It's meant to be driven and enjoyed. It doesn have a few scratches here and there. No dents or major damages.
Here is a quick list of the mods:

Exterior:
MTI spliter with brake duct vents to front rotors[bottom pick-up]
MTI rear spoiler
RPI ZR1 side skirts
LG Vented Hood-Custom Painted insert/pinstripe]
Chevy SS Screen Package to fender vents
Katech-four position hold down pins to hood
427 Badge treatment to hood
HID Low Beams/Driving lights
Clear bra on nose / Vinyl wrapped the roof and halo black to match splitter, side skirts, rear spoiler (has a few places chipping)

Interior:
Custom Cobalt Red leather underdash/doors
Custom Painted black: Dash panel/door/switch gear/center console/steering wheel inserts.
DSV Interiors-Shift boot/ebrake boot/ebrake handle/armrest/waterfall/d-sport steeringwheel – Black Alcantera w/red stitching
External Gauges-twin pod-Transmission Temp and Fuel/air Ratio
Pfadt Race Engineering Bolt-In Chassis Bar - Red
Navigation System/XM-Satillite Radio
GM PAL installed - IPOD hookup in Glove Box

There are several C6Z's for sale around the same price with built motors. The difference is mine has 1000's and 1000's in suspension, exterior, and interior mods as well. I will sell outright for $48,000 but would rather trade. I know it would be much easier financing my car if you added a trade to the deal. If you have a 15,000 car you can get financed for 33,000 for mine all day long. Ideally I'd like to trade for a built F-body with atleast 600rwhp. Trade value must be $20,000 or less. I want to be very clear on this next part...your trade must be in perfect working condition. No projects! Must need nothing other than to hop in and enjoy. Feel free to PM me with any questions or concerns. I'd like to keep this thread clean.
Thanks for looking!

I'm not opposed to another vette. I looked into built C5's. All the ones I looked at were 30-35k. They were all nice cars, but I just couldn't justify that much money on a car ~15 years old. So I gave up on the C5 route lol. Also looked into C6's but if I had one it'd have to be a "wide booty" at the least.

Awesome looking car man! It's just worth a little more than I wanted for a trade. Wanted to keep the trade value down to around 20k or less.

Also, forgot to add. When installing the new motor I had a brand new oil pump and oil cooler/system installed as well.
