Default 2002 Firebird Formula (1 of 907 made in 2002) 8900 miles - $15,000

I'm selling my 2002 Pontiac Firebird Formula. This is my baby, but it needs a new home. I'm the original owner, I bought it with 3 miles in June of 2002. I paid in full, it has a clean and clear title in hand.

Options:
8900 or so miles
Power everything
Black leather
T-tops
Automatic transmission
Has the semi-rare LS6 block which 10-20% of LS1's in 02 got.

This is one of the last Formulas ever made, it arrived the day before I bought it in the end of June and the plant closed soon afterwards. Pontiac only made 907 of these factory lightweights in 2002.

The car needs a new home ASAP. Fly into O'hare and drive it home. The car still smells new even, as you can see by the miles it was not driven often.

$14,000 cash only, I'm losing my *** on this.

Will trade straight up for a Z06 or CTS-V but you have to pick the car up here, I don't want to put miles on it.

Put in a stall converter, it is far more fun. Though 6 speeds are great, I've had way more fun with a stalled LS1. Way more.

Clean and clear title, never been in an accident, hell it sat in my garage for almost all its life. Just passed emissions last year.

Sometimes things are too good to be true. Just a warning for anyone who is interested in this car, do some research. I ran around this morning getting cash out of the bank and had the weekend scheduled to drive up to Chicago.

After talking to Tony on the phone he said the car was perfect inside and out. No paint work at all. He did say it had a stall at one point, but when the stall was removed he had the tranny replaced at the dealer. When I looked it up the tranny was replaced twice, not once. And just doing a quick search the car was used for turbo kit mock ups? Also more about body damage to the car. Someone on another forum said the car was sprayed but don't know the truth of that.

Good luck with the sale.

Yes the car was used as a mockup for a Hi-Flo's turbo kit, if you look at my posts, you will see how pissed I was about them not fixing the exhaust before returning it to me. No it was never ran with the turbo kit mock up.

Hi-Flo eventually tried to make things right and paid me and I fixed the exhaust, it has a nice cat-back on it and no more hacked up exhaust by Bill.

Yes the car had a stall in it, I removed the stall, and used a hookup at the dealer to get a new transmission right before my warranty expired so that is a non-issue. I also had all 4 rims replaced under warranty because they were starting to peel on the inside, that is how **** I am about this car.

The car is absolutely mint, ask anyone who has seen it. Ask anyone how pissed I was about a minor exhaust issue.

Yes the car has only been driven about 200 miles in the last 2 years, I have 5 cars and I feel guilty putting miles on this one.

This isn't too good to be true, I just am done with the car. I have my camaro which I don't mind putting miles on. Someone is going to get a hell of a deal and I'm losing my *** on this.

I'm actually offended about your remarks, let me show you some interior shots and the new exhaust. Notice it is MINT, you can't understand how **** I am about this car.

I can vouch for the fact that this car has rarely driven and most of the miles were probably put in in the first two years of ownership. Tony, you never even drove it with the turbo kit right?

John, I was promised a free turbo kit from Hi-Flo for allowing them to use my car as a mock up. You know the story, they went out of business, I got fucked out of a turbo kit. They didn't even finish the mock up on my car, they used Benny's WS6 and finished the design on there as far as I know, and charged him like $5500. I pulled my car out of there before **** really hit the fan with them.

Yes basically all of the miles were in the first 3 years.

$14,000

Seriously I'm basically giving this car away, take advantage of this bad economy.
