98 Z28 34k orig miles High 10 car

High 10s for under $10k 98 Z28 low miles in Chicago 98 Black Z28 with t-tops and has about 34,500 miles on it.
Engine mods are:
-Texas-Speed heads/cam package with PRC stage 2.5 5.3L heads 220cc and Torquer v.2 cam 232/ 234 .595/.598 with 112 deg lobe seperation.
-Fast 92/92 intake manifold
-Pacesetter Long Tube Headers with y-pipe
-magnaflow catback
-85mm MAF with 85mm intake lid
-Under drive pullies
Drivetrain mods are:
-FLT level 4 trans
-Yank pt 4000 converter
-Fresh rebuilt 10 bolt new pinion seal, crush sleeve & new bearings with red line fluid
-Richmond 3.73 gears
-Mac Performance rear end girdle
Suspension mods are:
-BMR adj. t-arm with relocation kit
-BMR adj. p-hard
-BMR adj. lower control arms
-Spohn 4130 Chromemoly sub-frame conectors
Body mods are:
-Lighweight SS hood
-SS spoiler
-Black halos headlights
-Black out turn signals, running lights and brake lights
-Chrome billet grille
-SS badging
Wheels & Tires:
-only have one set of centerline lightweight convos skinnies front biggies rear with m/t et streets
Break down of modding, car was stock until 30k miles, car is orig. from west virginia. Heads/cam, Lt headers, catback was done at thehpfactory.com.
All other mods were done by previous owner at straightline performance.
I recently bought the car and I added the spohn chromo subframe conectors. I also just had the all rockers re-torqued, compression test which was even across as it should be for a lower mileage car, new plugs, fresh oil, rear end girdle with fast line lube. I had the car retuned, it idles clean and runs solid never dies out or hickups. Its in very good condition, the interior is very clean and close to new, all power heat/ac, power steering, cruise control, radio/cd, windows, seat. everything works traction control, abs, all interior lights/buttons power mirrors. The outside is clean but has two touch up spots that werent done good but there only noticeable upclose. Previous owner ran a best time of 11.08 @ 121 with a 1.48 60"ft this was before the 85mm maf & lid and also recently removed front and rear bumper supports. The car should go high 10s, which its is solid low low 11s for sure not bad running off the foot brake with stock springs and shocks, front and rear sway bars intacked full power interior pump gas driven to the track. I bought this car early this year off this forum, I paid $10,000 and only put 300 miles on it. Obviously I don't has much time to enjoy it I am really busy with work, I have put a little over $2000 into the car getting it very solid, I have reciepts for the work. I want $10,000 for the car, after I put the cromo sub frames, rear end girdle, all new fluids, plugs, dyno tune, compression test, and rockers torqued.

I can send more pics if you give me ur email, it dynoed 407whp in 85degree dyno room. I am sorry but I dont understand what the stall flash to means, if it means what rpm itll reach if i pull up to a stop sign with cold tires it will go up to 3000rpm before the tires start to break loose, but at the track with after a burnout with warm sticky tires it will launch at 4000rpm.
